INJECTION MOULDING PROCESS YAXUN is proficient in IML film injection moulding, PC injection moulding, TPU injection moulding, etc. The thinnest single bottom of PC can be as thin as 0.6mm, and the thinnest TPU can be as thin as 0.3mm.

PAINT SPRAYING PROCESS Our dust-free spraying workshop, introduced Japan\\\'s automatic spraying production line, automatic UV spraying, rotary spraying method, which can realize all-around spraying of the products, ensuring efficient production and uniform coating.

LEATHER CRAFT From design, making samples, cutting to stitching and packing, master sewing, electric pressing, heat pressing and wrapping process to meet the market demand.

SILICONE PROCESS In the silicone production line, we are equipped with more than 10 imported A3 hydraulic presses with weight of 25 tonne and one-piece silicone moulding machines, which can provide various customized services for customers.

ELECTRONIC PRODUCTION BASE Our electronics production base has devoted more than 7 years to R&D of 3C electronics, covering data transmission, power supply and communication modules. It is equipped with 10,000 class dust-free automated production workshop and testing equipment.

PRINTING YAXUN\'s advanced and efficient four-colour dual printheads plus white MAXCAN inkjet printer, pad printing machine and other equipment are easy to operate and can print exquisitely.
